Vladimir and his team installed a wifi network in two parkade levels in my West Vancouver condo building and did a great job. He was very responsive by phone and email, solved an unexpected cable routing challenge, and now our building is safer because residents can make calls, text, and get online anywhere in the parkade.

It was one of the greatest decisions we made to switch our IT to Canada Techs. Finally we got somebody who took care of us in full when none of us were IT professionals. We have been supported closely under a good quality. They are flexible on almost everything and their service ranges are wide. They could be easily our one stop IT shop.

I added a second computer monitor to my work station in my home office and Canada Techs was able to come to my home to install it, even though it was during the pandemic. I also had a desk riser, which another company basically told me 1. they cannot come to my home to install it, but can instruct me over the phone and 2. the arms for the monitor won't fit onto my desk riser so it cannot be done. But Canada Techs was able to install the arms for the monitor onto my desk instead of the riser. Canada Tech thought of everything, and they are professional, responsive, knowledgeable and thought about the customer. I highly recommend them! The customer service is outstanding!

We have been going through an office renovation and contacted Canada Techs to help us with getting proper wifi throughout the building. They came in and did a thorough site survey, proposed a detailed plan to us, and got everything installed. We are very happy with the work done, and our wifi works amazing with no dead zones anywhere. Will definitely contact Canada Techs again for any of our IT support needs. Thank you!!
